Coming soon: The Rohingya Research Working Group
Happy to share that the first meeting of the Rohingya Research Working Group will be held on Tuesday, 9 December.
Based at the CEVAW-ANU and the ANU Myanmar Research Centre, an initial 70 scholars will join the inaugural network meeting, supported Dr Zoe Bell, and Professors Bina D’Costa and Nick Cheesman.
The network is committed to an inclusive and supportive research environment that contributes to the betterment of the Rohingya community globally and other stateless, displaced and persecuted groups.
The first meeting will share the results from the introductory survey and set the ground for the multi-disciplinary, intergenerational research collaborations moving forward.
We look forward to updating on the groups work, including an upcoming Special Issue in the pipeline.
