Qualifications
Bachelor of International Security Studies (Hons.) and Bachelor of Middle Eastern & Central Asian Studies, ANU

I am a graduate of the International Security Studies and Middle Eastern & Central Asian Studies programs at ANU. I completed those degrees in 2018, and joined SDSC as a PhD candidate in 2019.
During my undergraduate studies, I completed an honours thesis which considered the apparent influence of jihadi strategic thinkers on insurgencies in Iraq, and also interned with Thales Australia.
I am now undertaking my PhD at ANU, with a view to addressing questions about the overall relevance of jihadi strategic thought to the theory and practice of insurgency.
Thesis topic
Addressing questions about the overall relevance of jihadi strategic thought to the theory and practice of insurgency.
