Co-editors of the recently published book “The New Pacific Diplomacy” Dr Sandra Tart (University of the South Pacific) and Mr Greg Fry (Asia-Pacific College of Diplomacy) presented a seminar hosted by the Sasakawa Pacific Island Nations Fund in Tokyo on October 26th.

The seminar, titled “The New Pacific Diplomacy and Japan” covered the changing regional political system in Oceania and the impacts of regionalism, diplomatic agency of pacific island states and engagement with external powers.
