Dung Phan
B.A in IR (TIU), Msc in Asian Stud. (NTU)

Dung Phan is a PhD candidate in International Relations at the Australian National University in the Coral Bell School of Asia-Pacific Affairs. He is also a research officer at the Vietnam Studies Program, ISEAS - Yusof Ishak Institute. He holds a BA in International Relations from Tokyo International University and an MA in Asian Studies from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University. His work has been featured in academic journals such as Review of International Studies, Asia Policy, Journal of Contemporary History, and the International Journal of Asian Studies. His commentaries have appeared on Fulcrum, The Diplomat, East Asia Forum, New Mandala, and 9DashLine.
