I am a Research Fellow at the Strategic and Defence Studies Centre, and recently graduated as a PhD scholar within the department. My thesis is titled "Tacit Understanding: Explaining Southeast Asian States' Restraint Towards China in the South China Sea." My research covers the International Relations of Southeast Asia, particularly on the South China Sea, strategic approach, and Southeast Asian countries' relations with China.
