
Lin Sae-Phoo
Lin Sae-phoo is a PhD Candidate in International, Political, and Strategic Studies at the Coral Bell School of Asia Pacific Affairs, Australian National University (ANU), Australia. He studies international political economy, international security, and causal inference, with research interests that include FDI, regime type, security forces, policing, conflict, and natural resources. The regional focus of his research primarily centers on the Asia-Pacific, including China, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific Island countries.
His work has been published in Cambridge Review of International Affairs and Uluslararası İlişkiler–International Relations. Building on his PhD research, he has received Early Career Scholars Seed Funding from the Research Group on Transnational Political Networks (supported by the Carnegie Corporation of New York) at the Center for International Affairs and World Cultures, Northeastern University (USA).
