The Coral Bell School's Department of Pacific Affairs, in consortium with Griffith University, La Trobe University, and RMIT University has been selected by DFAT to design a significant new project with Pacific universities.

With the intent to better equip Pacific researchers and tertiary institutions to solve Pacific policy and development challenges, the project’s scope will include 14 universities across Australia and the Pacific. Using a Pacific led process, the design will develop programs of activities to achieve strategic changes for Pacific researchers, national and regional universities, deepen partnerships between Australian & Pacific universities, and generate research that informs policymaking and decision-makers.
