The Australian National University (ANU) has extended the enrolment period until 14 February 2021 for students interested in undertaking the Graduate Certificate in Pacific Development in Semester 1, 2021.

Short courses represent a great opportunity to enhance employability for recent graduates facing a tough job market. To support our students and their families in these changing economic conditions, ANU is offering all 2021 domestic applicants in the Graduate Certificate in Pacific Development a 50 per cent domestic tuition fee reduction through an ANU Short Course Scholarship. Upon successful completion of this program, you will be eligible to receive 24 units of credit toward the Master of Pacific Development.

The Graduate Certificate in Pacific Development provides a pathway to deeper research-led learning on the Pacific region for policymakers, program designers, researchers and analysts working on and in the Pacific region. This flexible program offers the foundations to understand the complexities of development in the Pacific, while covering the depth and breadth of the current development, societal and political issues affecting the Pacific region. Students can choose from courses with traditional, online and intensive delivery methods, featuring assessment methods that foster critical awareness through an emphasis on building an evidence-base for policy work.
